About Alex

Born in Mexico and raised in Germany, Alex Davison learned the painting trade by serving as a summer apprentice in Bad Wildungen, an old-fashioned spa town in Germany. When Alex arrived in San Francisco, CA in 2002, he was delighted by the range of color combinations of the beautiful Victorian houses. He enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to help the City’s property owners bring out the unique character of their homes through the use of paint.

Alex’s goal since starting his company has been to provide clients with quality, dependable, and professional service. He and his crew focus on carefully prepping each project before applying primer and paint to ensure a long-lasting result. Alex is attentive and hands-on, doing the work himself in many cases or closely monitoring the work of his crew.

The majority of the company’s new work comes from client referrals, which is a testament to our clients’ satisfaction. One of them described Alex as having the “hard-working attitude of a Mexican with a German attention to detail.
